You can get things started right here. Just fill out the form to the right, select your local UHR Store, and press submit to receive a confirmation email. Either present that email when you get to the store or tell them that you have already registered. Also, someone from your local store will contact you soon to answer any questions you may have.

*PRE-APPROVAL minimum requirements include, but are not limited to, a verified source of income, a residence and 3 references.
